The Augustiner is served from real wooden barrels — the so-called “Hirschen” — and is considered by many to be the best beer at the Wiesn (the Oktoberfest). Over 6,000 seats in a down-to-earth, unpretentious atmosphere.

Reservation method

Inheritance system: reservations are passed down by regulars to the next generation. From mid-February, regulars can enquire by email with their customer number. Available quotas only appear in the reservation portal from June.

Minimum spend: Standard: 2 Maß (1-litre beer) + ½ chicken. The Augustiner tent follows the minimum-spend rules exemplarily.
